For a limited time, Microsoft is discounting Microsoft Dynamics GP Perpetual Licensing and Business Ready Licensing model full users. Eligibility:

• From April 1 to June 25, 2015.
• To qualify, customer must have first licensed or transition upgraded to one of the following products and license models by 30 June 2014:  Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV on the Perpetual Licensing model, or Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV on the Business Ready Licensing model.
• Customers on the Module Based Licensing model or customers that first licensed or transition upgraded to Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV,  on or after 1 July 2014 do not qualify.
• One year of Business Ready Enhancement Plan (Enhancement Plan) or Business Ready Advantage Plan (BRAP), for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft Dynamics SL in the US, Canada, and English speaking LATAM countries, required.
• Enhancement Plan (or other support offering, if applicable) fees will be calculated based on the system list price (“SLP”) of all CALs and components, based on the published Microsoft Dynamics pricelist, including but not limited to the licensed CALs benefited by this promotion.

Exclusions:

Promotion does not apply to:

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Microsoft Dynamics SL customers on any edition of the Module Based Licensing model
• Any other type of Microsoft Dynamics CAL and users (e.g. Limited CAL, Light Users, Self-serve CAL)
• SQL Server Runtime Server Licenses and CALs
• Any other module available on the Dynamics pricelist
• Granules or modules connecting to third-party (independent software vendor [ISV]) software and functionality.
• Purchases using the Services Provider License Agreement, Subscription Licensing, or Volume Licensing
• Any other Microsoft Dynamics software
• This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or any other discounts.
