Management Reporter Upgrade for GP to Rollup 5 using Datamart Connector

When converting MR to Rollup 5, we ran into a couple of gotcha’s which you might be on the lookout for. Be sure you stop the Management Reporter Process Service when you install the upgrade. After the installation, you need to run the Management Reporter Configuration Console. In the task window at the bottom left of the window, there will be a task to update the Management Reporter database to the latest version. Be sure you select this task and complete it. After completion, manually start the Management Report Process Service. If you try to start the service prior to completing the update task, the service will fail to start. Once the Process Service starts successfully, you need to enable the initial integration which took 3 to 4 minutes in our rather limited environment.
