This position is open to candidates local to Dallas/Fort Worth only. The Sales and Marketing Intern will organize and execute sales and marketing strategies while working directly with the Managing Director, the Director of Client Success, and the Sales & Marketing Associate. The Sales and Marketing Intern will help ensure customer satisfaction, assist in the improvement of customer satisfaction ratings, and collaborate with management and other team members to meet goals and plans. Additionally, the Sales and Marketing Intern will develop client business profiles using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and assist and support management and consultants in proposal creation and group presentations. The Sales and Marketing Intern will plan, organize, and attend meetings, seminars, exhibitions, and training. The Sales and Marketing Intern will maintain inventory, review collateral and promotional material, prepare packets for presentations, and assist consulting teams on various projects or other tasks as needed.
This role requires very strong and poised interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Polished, professional appearance is an absolute must. Expertise with Microsoft Office products and CRM desired.

Creating proposals and assisting with presentation developing.

Assisting with marketing material creation.
Assisting with marketing projects and distribution.
Maintaining sales and prospect reporting.
Developing project plans as requested.
Assisting with ad hoc requests.
Assisting with general office duties.
Providing support where needed to meet– or even better, exceed– client/prospect expectations and deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or any accounting platform is a plus.
This role requires the ability to read and interpret documents, the ability to write routine reports and correspondences, and the ability to apply common sense understanding when carrying out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ideal candidate has advanced social media marketing skills.
We are looking for a candidate who is acquiring a sales, marketing, or business degree from a college or technical school.
Ideal candidate has advanced level experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Internet Explorer.
Ideal candidate also has 1-2 years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
