Tom O’Shea has been involved with technology  for his entire thirty plus year career. Tom began his career as an Electrical Engineer with the defense systems group of Texas Instruments (later acquired by Raytheon Company), working on the design and manufacturing of airborne radar systems. During the course of his 14-year stint with TI/Raytheon he earned his MBA in Management and transitioned roles to Program Management of large, international programs.

Tom left Raytheon in 2000 to take over as IT and Operations Director at Informatics, a small distribution company in the Barcoding industry.  He was initially responsible for implementing the company’s very first CRM application, Pivotal Relationship and later drove the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP system.   He grew his career with Informatics, taking over the GM role of the company’s fastest growing division, Wasp Barcode Technologies, and then transitioning to become President of the organization.

In 2015, Tom joined Conexus SG where he assumed his current role of VP of Operations.  He enjoys understanding his client’s business challenges and architecting solutions through the use of technology to help them become more efficient and profitable.  Tom is a Leader who is Large Company trained yet brings a Small Company “do whatever it takes” approach to serving his client’s needs.
